The same rugged engines are used modified and adapted to be used for D G Set application with advanced technology and capable of delivering the highest performance. Sanjay Diesels is now a proud GOEM for VECV (Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles) gensets.

VECV engines for gensets have the following unique features -

  1. Better fuel economy. These engines are proven to be 10 – 15 % more fuel efficient than other engines.
  2. In Built Oil Cooler enables optimum lube oil temperature thereby reducing wear, tear and lubricating oil consumption.
  3. Engines are equipped with Piston Cooling Jets which cools down the critical part and increases its life and reliability.
  4. By Pass filter fitted on the engine enables a secondary filtration system to kick in in case the primary system gets choked. This ensures that the system is not starved of lubricating oil when the engine is running. Such a starvation can case very serious and catastrophic damage to the engine.
  5. The Starter motor of the engine comes equipped with Thermal cut off which protects the system from over cranking.
  6. Sculpted / Ribbed block of the engine ensures minimal vibration on the engine.
  7. The Engines have excellent Block Loading capacity.
  8. The Acoustic enclosures not only ensure that the sound is limited to the limits prescribed by the CPCB but is also very aesthetically made and has a very attractive glossy finish.
  9. All gensets come with AMF Logic Panel which enables them to start and stop based on GRID supply conditions. Only the load transfer mechanism has to be arranged by the customer.
